Hello, nice to meet you

Trail Running - Peak view
Trail running - On the ridge
Road running - During 10k race

I started running in 2016, and since then, I’ve always aimed to improve my training, running form, and race results. My first 10K took over 60 minutes, but I’ve since brought my personal best down to 40:56, achieved during a half marathon race. Along the way, I studied training methodologies and followed Arthur Lydiard’s principles to build a strong aerobic base.

Throughout this journey, I’ve experienced incredible progress—gaining fitness through training, exploring new trails, and crossing the finish line of countless races. The path wasn’t always smooth; for every podium finish, there were missed turns. But with passion and focus, my training improved, my races reached new levels, and my knowledge deepened.

Training

Pushing through wind, rain, and snow—enduring both scorching heat and freezing cold—to build a strong aerobic base and prepare for every challenge.

Racing

Standing at the start line in peak form, ready for whatever the race brings. Pushing hard, embracing the challenge, and giving it everything until the finish line.

Exploring

Chasing new routes, conquering trails, and reaching breathtaking summits. Soaking in the views, running ridge after ridge, and hearing marmots call in the distance.
